Essex staff members celebrate Halloween

Last Wednesday, some of the staff members with the Town of Essex spent their lunch hour getting into the Halloween spirit. While enjoying a spooky-themed meal, some of the town’s employees dressed in Halloween costumes to participate in a fun contest.
