OPP Reports - Charges in Essex Commercial Break-in

Sometime overnight on January 22, 2020, suspects forcibly entered a retail business establishment on Talbot Street North and removed electronic items and cash.
Following a thorough investigation, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) has identified and charged the following individual in relation to this crime:
Andrew STARUCH, 33-years-old of Windsor, Ontario is charged with Break and Enter and Failing to Comply with a Court Order.
A second suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
